1. New installation:
1. The surface to be installed on the pneumatic vibrator must be flat. Under normal circumstances, the operation of the pneumatic vibrator is too slow or the vibration power is too low.
2. Adjust the pressure regulator to increase the vibrator speed.
3. Check whether the air supply pipe is connected to the intake port or the exhaust port (marked by an arrow).
4. Check whether the hose is bent.
5. Check whether the diameter of the air supply pipe is large enough and whether it is too long. Also check the diameter of the valve used.
6. Check whether there are too many gas-consuming components connected to the same gas supply pipe at the same time. Gas consumption components should be selectively turned on.
2. Installed:
1. Remove the muffler or exhaust pipe. If the vibrator works normally without them, it means that the muffler or exhaust pipe may be blocked by dust. Clean with gasoline (or kerosene) or replace with new ones.
2. Check whether there is dust accumulation in the in-line filter and whether the air supply pipe is rusty. The monk particles may block the filter.
3. Check for leaks in the air supply pipe and confirm that the air compressor can work normally. Check whether the hose is bent.
4. The lubricant of the vibrator will stick. Add a few drops of gasoline (or kerosene) from the air inlet to remove sticking.
5. Check the vibrator for dust accumulation. If yes, clean with gasoline (or kerosene).
